Our health care system has a ton of problems.  But at least our nurses know the difference between IV fluid and COFFEE.

--23-year-old Rejane Moreira Telles was a student nurse at a hospital in Rio de Janerio, Brazil.  And last week, on her third day on the job, she accidentally KILLED a patient by injecting COFFEE instead of an IV DRIP.-Her excuse was that the food drip and blood drips were next to each other and, quote, "anyone can get confused."  Telles said she had NOT been trained to administer an IV but was asked to do it anyway.

--The patient she killed was an 80-year-old woman named Palmerina Pires Ribeiro.  Her daughter says, quote, "I saw my mother was agitated.  She opened her mouth, and this youngster put coffee with milk into her veins."--The coffee went straight into her heart and lungs and killed her.--Telles was indicted for involuntary manslaughter.  The two nurses who were supervising her were also indicted.
