Billy Ray Harris, a homeless man in Kansas City hit the jackpot the other day when Sarah Darling emptied her change purse into his cup and accidently gave him her engagement ring, which she kept in there because it was bothering her.
She later found him after realizing her mistake the next day and he returned it her saying that he wasn’t the kind of person to cash in on someone’s misfortune.
