It only took him 7 years, but Teddy Roosevelt finally won a President's Race during Wednesday's Washington Nationals game. The Nats mascot has had over 500 chances to win, but he lost every single time. He finally got his day in the sun with a little help from a Phillies mascot. BULLY!!!!
