Taylor Swift is expected to sing a song in honor of a three-year-old boy who died of neuroblastoma on tonight's (Friday) Stand Up 2 Cancer benefit. T wrote the song, "Ronan," after reading his mother's blog. After the show, the song will be available on iTunes to benefit cancer research, and Ronan's mom is credited as a co-writer. According to sources, the song has never been performed in public before.

Stand Up 2 Cancer airs tonight on all the major networks and many cable channels.
